Systems Administrator
The Systems Administrator is involved in the installation, maintenance, technical planning, and upgrading of all software for the company. Requirements include:

 

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Systems Administration with hardware knowledge (Linux, VMware ESX are a plus)
  • Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2008/2011
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policy Object (GPO)
  • Scripting skills such as Script, PERL, or Windows batch script
  • Networking skills including TCP/IP, WINS, and DNS

 

Quality Assurance Analyst
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for thoroughly testing software and hardware to ensure proper operations, documentation of issues, and tracking of solutions.

 

  • Entry Level QA Analyst: This position requires average PC skills and knowledge of Windows and common software applications. Key requirements include the ability to follow instructions, stay on task, be coachable, strong critical thinking/problem solving skills, troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and the drive to develop professionally in the field of Quality Assurance. Knowledge of SQL, XML, and/or basic programming knowledge/skills is a plus.
  • Experienced QA Analyst: This position requires a traditional IT or software product QA/testing background. Key requirements include integration testing, regression testing, test script development and execution, and other standard methods to test software and hardware. BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.

 

Software Developer – Linux Kernel
This senior level developer will build and support existing code for Linux-based phones and television set-top boxes. Proficiency with C or C++ and a minimum of five years of experience with the Linux kernel, internals, and device drivers is required. A working knowledge of current Linux build tools and tool chains and revision control is also necessary. Experience with the latest audio and video codex, multimedia frameworks, Linux networking, hardware debuggers, OpenGL, QT, and Linux-based set-top boxes or phones is highly beneficial.
