CES: Grandma Loves Life|ware

Posted January 11, 2007 by Pete

LAS VEGAS (CES – Convention Center Courtyard)

Hello, everybody. Nice seeing you again. It’s the last day of the show and while many of the exhibits around the Life|ware home are empty, the line at our experience is unrelenting. While the actor’s voices are bit hoarse today, their spirits are high and the presentations excellent.

Master Bedroom

We meet up with Grandma in the Master Bedroom, where she’s wrapping up a new Zune for her grandson. Grandma doesn’t really understand how her system works – she thinks her son got her a really smart TV – but she does love it. Here’s what she’s doing:

Grandma loves to check the weather report first thing, and Life|ware serves up daily, three-day, five-day and seven-day forecasts for her. On cold mornings she likes to lay in bed, turn up her thermostats and let the room warm up before she gets up.

LAS VEGAS (CES – Convention Center Courtyard)

Hello everybody. Nice seeing you again.

Apologies on the posting delays…as usual, Marketing has been keeping me pretty busy with pretty important projects:

Game Room

We’re moving into the Game Room now, a brackish place littered with empty Red Bull cans and pizza boxes, and inhabited by a semi-surly teen and his beloved Xbox.
